Ground Fighting - Take down and submission hold
After blocking a grab or strike, take control of your opponent's wrist.

Here's a closeup. Note, pressure is being applied in three ways. 1) The attackers arm is turned around counter clockwise, putting tension on the elbow, and forcing him off balance.
2) The fingers of both your hands are on the inside of his wrist, pushing down. 3) Both your thumbs are on the back of his hand applying pressure to keep his wrist
bent.

Use the downward pressure to pull your opponent down to the ground, on to his back.

Wrap one arm around your opponents, so your forearm is against his elbow. Use that hand to grab your other forearm. Use your second hand to apply a chokehold.
Pressure is being applied to the neck with the one hand, and the other hand is used to apply pressure to your opponents elbow, bending his arm backwards at the elbow.
