Jujitsu - Defense against choke hold from back


Attacker gets you in a choke hold, with one arm pulled behind your back.



Step in the direction of the arm around your neck. This gives you a little leverage, allowing you to pull your arm out.



Turn in the direction of the arm you just pulled out, while crouching, and loading for a punch to the groin.



Punch your attacker in the groin.
