Limalama - Defense against two-handed grab
Your opponent (right) attacks with a two-handed grab.

You defend with a palm heel strike to the chin.

Follow through on your strike, raising your hand high, and loading for an elbow strike to the chest or neck.

Elbow strike to the neck or chest.

Bring the striking arm outside your opponents arms, and shed both his arms, putting you in position to attack his unguarded ribs.

As you shed with one arm, follow through and punch your opponent in the ribs with the other arm.
